Meet The Pastor
In
November of 2003, we called The Rev. Tim Oslovich to serve as our pastor
at Trinity. Pastor Oslovich, his wife, Synje, and their son, Samuel,
came to us from Shishmaref, Alaska, an Inupiaq Eskimo village of approximately
600 people, 20 miles south of the Arctic Circle.
Before serving in Alaska, Pastor Oslovich completed an M.Div. degree
at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. Prior to that,
he served at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Arlington, MA for about three
years.
Pastor Oslovich has a Master's degree in theology from Harvard and
is interested in the intersection between Christian faith and postmodern
culture. His hobbies include reading, movies, enjoying the Great Outdoors,
and, until recently, eating Native Alaskan food.

visited Rwanda in 2007 and 2008 as part of a program set up by Claude
Nikondeha, a church leader from Burundi who has the vision of connecting
African Christian leaders with Christian leaders from all over the world.
